Boiler Unit#1, Unit#2 and Unit#3 projects: Around $110M turnaround project that involved 10 subcontractors, and over 400 employees. To complete on time, the project required my involvement on an average of 60 hours/week.

Prepared project base cost estimate (BCE), maintained client/subs weekly/monthly cost reports which comprises BCE, committed cost, Estimate at completion (EAC-Forecasting). Tracked actual cost against approved purchase order (PO) limit, conducted analysis and reported to management if there any indication of cost over-run or progress delay.

Performed monthly internal accruals & forecasting and reported to managements.

Communicate with Suncor supply chain to make sure received the material.

Handled multiple sub-contractors and oversaw their progress and cost reporting. Managed billing for labor (direct/indirect) hours, expense, 3rd party rentals/materials/service invoices.
