Sr System Architect with Technical Lead responsibilities within an agile project to re-design the agencies IVR system that services Student Loans and a State Grant System, moving from InterVoice to the Concentrix (formally Convergys) platform. Responsibilities included gathering business requirements, creating a new IVR design, Technical Specifications including the database architecture, oversight of the technical team, development and integration to the legacy systems. Successfully deployed the new IVR system to production where monthly it receives ~1M calls and processes ~200,000 loan payments.
