7.Coordinate with company drivers and shipping forwarders and plan logistics for material collection and minimize logistics cost by planning ahead of time.
8.Researching potential vendors and suppliers to eliminate inconsistent supplier’s performance.
9.Responsible to contacting suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortage discrepancies or missed deliveries.
10.Maintain records of good suppliers and vendors

12.Maintain supplier’s catalogs for future purchase reference.
13.Maintain logs for all outgoing local and international purchase orders.

Duties and Responsibilities as Logistics
1.Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
2.Arrange transportation, schedule staff and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
3.Coordinate with forwarder to obtain lowest possible rate.
4.Obtaining fastest possible transit time.
5.Receives products and coordinates delivery
6.Prepares documents and loads for shipment
7.Making sure documents are complete for custom clearance.
8.Monitor shipping vessel and coordinate with forwarders to avoid any shipment delay.
9.Continually review freight costs, transportation rates and prices of raw materials to keep costs down as possible.
10.Coordinates with store keeper to make sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.
