SITE ENGINEER – CIVIL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide accurate, timely and routine reports to Site Manager Early Site Works in respect to construction strategies, systems, planning, activities, progress, areas of concern and mitigation plans to ensure company standards and project deliverables are maintained.
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating site activities and monitoring the subcontractor’s activities ensuring the development, review and approval of appropriate plans, procedures and programs for safe implementation and effective execution.
Review, Coordination, assist, selection, recommend and awarding of Vendors/ Sub contractors.
Review technical document/drawings/specification/contract related to project.
Job allocation to all supervisors/site workers and follow up for daily job progress.
Preparation of shop drawings and method statements for the ongoing site activities.
Coordinate with QA/QC team for Material and site inspection. 2
Reviews, comments and approves technical designs, shop & standard drawings during contract execution. Carries out actual verifications of sites wherein the proposed improvements and expansions will be executed.
Providing technical supports to tender team for preparation of tender documents.
Participates in necessary technical meetings and prepares correspondence and minutes to various internal and external offices in order to ensure the realization of the proposed projects as scheduled.
Ensure the work is carried out as per Specification and Quality.
Coordinate with MEP & another services team.
Review and approval of bills submitted by vendors/contractors/subcontractors
Understanding project work scope, needs and deliverables, contract milestones, Estimating budget quantities, durations and resources.
Aligning Project work scope with company structured WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
