Cleans food preparation areas as determined by Chef.

Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns

Seasons food according to recipes or company needs

Orders ingredients and spices as needed

Portions, arranges, and garnishes based on menu.

As a Commie II my job responsibility are as follows:

Preparing the Mise En Place before the start of the shift.

Cooking of the buffet menu with the guidance of Chef.

Also taking full responsibility of setting of the Live Counter.

Inventory management

Handling the Italian section alone in the coffee shop of the hotel

Making Neapolitan pizza and home made pastas

Setting up cheese for the brunch and making shawarma in the live kitchen

Ensure the whole facility runs efficiently

Coordinated with other department and maintain the standard of a hotel
