Replaced labour-intense processes while simultaneously enhancing workflow through new technology that reduced staff by 10%.

Implemented Just-in-Time (JIT) production methodology to control costs and inventory, resulting in a 15% improvement in efficiency.

Lead a quality initiative. Worked on keeping ISO 9001 certification, introduced weekly quality meetings, tracked NCR’s, created new procedures to improve productivity.

Lead the health and safety initiative. Some training included but not limited to fall arrest training, crane training, forklift training to name a few.

Reduced the transformer test failures by standardizing documentation. Done so by identifying all cores and ensuring the correct amount of winding turns.
