DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED:
To study the Tender documents, Forward the enquiries and thereby follow up with the suppliers/Sub-contractors for their quotation, Raising Clarification request to the client etc.
Studying and analyzing Structural & Architectural drawings,
Quantity Take Off, Analyzing program schedules and Bar charts,
Evaluating and Analyzing Job Cost Ledger,
Preparing and updating procurement log periodically,
Preparation of Job Cost reports and other MIR reports,
Responsible for submission of monthly invoices to the client, certification of submitted invoice and further follow up for payment on time,
Preparation of Reconciliation statements of all major materials, quantity reconciliation,
To take care of General Correspondence, Coordinating HO, planning dept., Purchase dept.
Coordinating with Client, Project consultant/architect in resolving ambiguities in drawings,
Assisting the project manager to prepare and negotiate payment certificates of the sub-contractor.
Prepare independent physical completed work reports to release the payment for the Sub- contractor.
Review all payment applications and certificate of payments for approval
Collate, verify, and validate data and information reported by subcontractors (liaising with a subcontractor).
Review correspondence from subcontractors and monitor response times in Processing of Payment Certificates Requests/Invoices; raise all notices and certificates required by subcontracts for signature by project Head.
Advice project cost control Liaise with Company Cost and Planning Engineers on cost and schedule impacts; prepare costs reports,
Act as a focal point for the administration of any back charges, concession notices or claims; participate in the agreement of the final account and processing of the Completion Certificate and preparation of the Close-out Report.
Prepare and maintain records of all subcontractor's agreements and payments.
Verification of final accounts submitted by the sub-contractors and suppliers, as necessary and providing recommendations to the client working closely and project team to ensure that all progress payments are following approved procedures.
Assist in the defense/approval of any claim for cost variations or major change to the design EDUCATION
