Corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental Medical Services Manager 2015-2017

Developed, implemented and managed an innovative global substance abuse program for more than 45,000 employees across the globe. Managed daily operations and provided drug abuse and screening assistance to human resources, legal, and workers compensation departments while ensuring ongoing program compliance with DOT, OSHA, the EEOC and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Achievements:

Worked to analyze leading and lagging indicators in the company's behavioral based safety program to identify trends in order to determine corrective actions and solutions to ongoing prevent workplace injuries.
