Engineering Intership - PowerWrap LP Summer 2015

●Engineered bonding mechanisms to reinforce the outer parameter of piping systems and storage tanks to restore mechanical integrity of facilities without shutting production.

●Supervised the reinforcement of a 500,000 barrel crude oil storage tank over its parameter in Coca Ecuador alongside an experienced engineer for a company named petroAmazonas.

●Trained and demonstrated the procedure necessary to apply the epoxy and hardener onto the storage tank to a group of 15 workers primarly in Spanish.

Server- The Alamo DraftHouse and Abuelo’s April 2017- January 2018 & July 2019- November 2019

●Acquired several essential skills including as a sense of self urgency, high attention to detail, the ability to work well alongside vast different groups of people and remain in a positive attitude, the ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities at once, time management skills, and proper handling of disputes between clients, coworkers and supervisors.

Tax Preparer- La Familia Multiservices November 2019- Present Day

●Obtained proficiency in tax preparation software; Crosslink, to utilized it to store to personal client data, process W-2/1098 tax forms.

●Responsibilities include finding and setting up meetings with clients, advising them about legal tax preparation processes, preparing and submitting the tax returns for clients, auditing tax forms for completeness and accuracy, providing future tax planning to ensure repeat business/expand the companies client base, analyzing tax data submitted by the client to maximize the financial reimbursement from the government for the benefit of the client, signing income tax returns on behalf of individuals and businesses.

Relevant Non-Working Experience

Senior Year Design Capstone Project Fall Semester 2018- Spring Semester 2019

●Tasked to design, forecast and create a simulation of the production of a conventional vertical well located within the Levelland-Slaughter field by using real data collected in the field as well as software provided by Texas Tech University with the goal to sale pitch the project to investors.

●Formed Expertise in geological/formation evaluation, drilling & completion, decline analysis, production decline forecasts, reserve estimation, risk analysis, and facility design with emphasis placed on evaluating hydrocarbon properties, net present value calculations and making investment decisions.

Study Abroad- Federico Santa Maria Technical University Valparaiso, Chile Summer 2016

●Overcame difficult cultural and geological barriers during my time in Chile, but learned to adapt and thrive in the new environment.

●Enhanced my Spanish reading, writing, and speaking skills by taking Fluid Properties and History of Chile with other non-American students, all in Spanish.

●Tutored students from my classes in English and math and built bonds with students from around the world, whom I still keep in contact with to this day.
