Previously worked as “Process Engineer in Technical services at Hetero Labs Ltd” from jun-2016 to oct-2018.

Presently working as “Process Engineer in Technology Transfer at Neuland Laboratories Ltd since oct-2018 to till date.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executing the Trail batches and Validation batches of Newly Developed products.

●Transferring the Technology from Lab scale to Kilo lab and Kilo lab to Plant Scale.

●Involving in the Process Development from Development stage Molding the process(in view of Safety, Cost and Robustness) by anticipating the Scale-up Problems.

●Doing HAZOP & HIRA for new products and taking care of Safety.

●Preparing PFd's and Process Engineering Documents.

●Coordinating with other Departments like R&D & Production etc….for the successful scale up with the targeted Timelines.

●Doing the Material balance for new Products.

●Following batches for Validations as per cGMP and taking care to maintain Process parameters

●Doing Investigations for Failed batches and proposing corrective and preventive actions.

●Reducing the time cycle of existing and new process.

●Identification of Bottlenecks/problems for batching.

●Volume mappings of products in Plant.

●Selecting the Equipment as per the process Requirement.

●Scale up of New products and streamlining of process plants for further industrial level scale up

●Preparation of engineering documents like P&ID, PFD, Mass Flow diagrams, HAZARD studies.

●Hazard evaluation and Crystallization studies are some using RC,TSU,Parallel synthesizer

●Monitoring on overall equipment effectiveness for cost reduction in projects & optimization.

●New Techniques involved like High pressure Homogenizer continuous Crystallization to achieve the desired Polymorphisms and PSDs.

ACHIEVEMENTS IN HETERO :

lReduce the distillation time cycle from 36 hours to 22 hours by calculating required. condenser capacity and vapor line size for (toluene) Solvent Distillation.

lCalculating the utility requirements for the distillation operation.

lCalculating the power savings for the vacuum distillation.

lCalculating the required distillation column for ethyl acetate and water.

lReducing the MDC solvent loss by arranging the spiral heat exchanger to the receiver.

Conduct daily meetings in the production blocks to educate the production persons about power consumption, utility circulations and mixing operations.

Micronizer,Multimill.

Dia Filtration for Impurities separation based on molecular weight.

Micronizer, Multimill for Reduction of PSD(D90,D50 & D10).
