Leading a team of Senior and Junior Estimators and Quantity surveyors. Depth study of every drawing & specifications and produce sufficient data and analysis prior to bidding any projects. Site visit & Attending pre-tender meetings.
Develop price breakdown of labour, time and its accessories as estimation and update regularly for competitive bidding. Correspondence for clarification of technical requirement and specification. Timely completion of quantity estimation and its costing to bid project on time Receive tender drawings, specs, BOQ and produce sufficient data (Quantity take off) based on study of tender documents. Review the received tender documents and carry out a price breakdown to determine the required effort and time. Receiving, reviewing and identifying non-compliance from the quantity take-off from Quantity surveyors. Review subcontractors and suppliers’ proposals and choose the best subcontractor based on their performance evaluation done by project in coordination with purchasing.
