CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

• To check the data entered by materials management employees and to correct where necessary.

• Resolving operational queries.

• Posting Purchase Invoices.

• Reviewing P&L every month along with Director of Finance.

• Liaise with Financial Controller related to other payments required so you can manage cash flow requirements for supplier payment allocation.

• Provide suggestions of best practice and implementing efficiencies.

• Reconciliation of bank accounts ensuring proper allocation.

• Reconciliation of supplier reconciliations, managing relationships with suppliers.

• Manage all discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders.

• Payment of accounts in accordance with the company payment policies.

• Making payments via cheque, Cash and Fund Transfer.

• Assisting with month-end reconciliation and reporting.

• Managing the approvals and processing of internal expenses.

• Liaise with purchasing to ensure accuracy of deliveries and invoices.

• Timely management of suppliers, payments and queries.

• Work with suppliers, wholesalers and members of staff ensuring all queries are handled.

• Internal and external audit preparation, identification of risk and strategies.

• Assist with performance management of team.

• Liaise with Procurement Manager to ensure all preferred suppliers are paid.

• Send all the department expense report for review.

• Handling all system issues which affect the flow of Transactions to final accounting Software.
