Keys welding services

Read and interpret blue prints and drawings and build structural steel projects used in the construction industry.

Assemble steel using different methods such as bolting, tacking, and clamping.

Acquired my cwb flat mig welding ticket.

Also worked on occasional piping projects, building pipe spools, heat exchangers, and pipeline pig senders/catchers.

Worked a fair bit with dairytube as well.

Oilfield Construction Supervisor

Over saw the construction of various well sites as well as upgrading gas plants and oil batteries.

Read, interpreted, and drew various P&ID’s, piping systems, and construction drawings.

Lots of time spent measuring drawing and building piping systems using mostly butt-welded piping as well as threaded and socket welded pipe. Worked on various underground pipelines, as well as setting and placing risers.

Lots of experience with layout of structural piles. Hydro testing.

Minimal experience with acorn drawing system.

Lots of experience with quality control packages.

Lots of experience running equipment such as bobcats, zoom booms, and front end loaders.

Spent lots of time supervising in shop pipe fab with up to 20 welders and 5 labour crews.
