Delivered assistance with company Audits with positive results. General Manager for the TAGOS, LMSR, MSV, MPF and SL-7, Maersk Tankers and Break-Bulk programs. Monitored contract spending to control cost. Saved $22.4 million for one five-year government contract as operations manager with full P&L responsibility.

Developed annual DOD budgets for Military Sealift to certify all contractual assets were accurately covered from a maintenance planning aspect.

oDirected the updating of obsolete power plant equipment and communications suites that were no longer parts supported. Performed Cost Benefit Analysis to demonstrate the advantages of upgrading systems to reduce long term repair expenses. Increased fleet longevity while lowering overall cost.

Functioned as Lead Technical Director on design and construction team tasked with building special operations ship. Completed ship build in a year and a half for $140 million providing special mission operations capabilities for the next 15 years or more.

Spearheaded five contract requests for proposals (RFPs) from inception to completion that resulted in a million’s in wins for the company, providing superior service to DOD.

Directed 13 large dry dock contracts both Commercial and Marine Construction for the DOD that averaged $12.9 million each while completing the task within thirty days and ensuring all NAVSEA standards, GTR’s, FAR and DFAR requirements were met.

Acknowledged by DOD for Superior Customer Service and Excellence for program management results for service of five contracts with zero negative remarks.

Directed and mentored a robust team of engineers maintaining the highest Employee Engagement Survey results for the company for ten consecutive years. This led to 100% attrition of the team and preserved our customer service commitment to excellence.

Developed all Specifications and directed the building of MSV3 for Naval Special Warfare with a total build cost of $144M.
