SinceNov’18 to Oct’19: AEQUOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, Gurgaon as Sr. HR Recruiter. It’sa US based MNC that deals into US Staffing.

Following are the responsibilities with firm:

Hiring candidates majorly for us staffing and other defined requirements.

1.Understanding a Manpower Requisition of the organization. Designing and implementing recruitment strategy on internal sourcing from Junior to senior level positions in Technical &Non Technical requirements.

2.Understanding the requirement of the company and recruiting the candidates according to the requirement.

3.Sourcing the candidates through job portals, references, LinkedIn.

4.Screening, Short Listing, Validate Candidates on their experience and interest on the role.

5. Contact eligible candidates for interviews and follow up.

6. Coordination with candidates.

7. Follow-up with the candidate regarding interview schedules and lining them up for interviews

8. Follow-up with the candidate till the offer is released and the candidate joins the Company.

9. Successfully closing the position.

10.MIS- Preparing Reports on the No. of closure, Joining, and Offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates.

Induction and joining activities:-

1.Plan, organize, and conduct induction programmed, devise the orientation plan for the new joiners.

2. Employee Engagement, Grievance handling, Releasing Letters i.e. Offer, Appointment, Appraisal, Relieving letter to employees.

3.Conducting Exit interviews.

Here I discharged my duties as a Sr. HR Executive, which included below responsibilities:

Hiring bulk candidates for multiple processes which are as follows:-

1.BPO Sector- (Hiring Candidates for US third party collections process, Travel Process, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales, Tech Support and Customer Service Process).This Sector is related to International Process.

2.KPO Sector- (Hiring Candidates for Research Analyst and Quality Analyst that deals into Market Research Process). This Sector deals into Domestic as well as International Process.

3.US Staffing sector- (Hiring Candidates for Technical Recruiters). This Sector is also related to International Process.

4.Hired candidates for IT sectors as well depending upon company’s requirement.

Understanding company’s requirement laying special focus on Job Description and Job Specification.

Screening and Short listing resumes for the required position through Job portals.

Taking first round of interview and aligning telephonic interviews with the concerned dept. head if required.

Continuous interaction with clients through phones or mails.

Discussing profiles with the candidates.

Negotiating on the salary aspect.

Follow up with the candidates for joining.

Generalist Activities:

Handling the induction of the organization and preparing offer letters, Appointment letters, Relieving letters.
