Document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of shop drawing and to ensure all trades are on schedule. Request for Information (RFI) for clarification of any discrepancies or missing information to the Consultants including site supervisions.

Monitor daily site activities, structural and architectural works on site whether it is to be constructed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications.

Perform ON-SHORE INSPECTION (OSI) and AS-BUILT drawings in ARAMCO Rastanura Oil Refinery, employee batch no. C-50891. Coordinate with Production Manager, Cad operators and other group leaders regarding work schedule. VECTORIZATION and RASTER EDITING of Aramco existing Drawings, E1D, PID, ILD, Detail Plan and ISOmetric drawings using INTERGRAPH MicroStation 32, MicroStation PC and AutoCAD R11.

Do plans and section of underground Fuel Oil Storage Tank. Do Fire Protection and H.V.A.C. plan.

Do Waste, Water and Storm drain piping layout. Do swimming pool piping plan and Flow diagram.

BIM Mgt & Coordination :

Responsible for BIM implementation and enforcement. Review and

Documentation, design and coordination conflicts.

Run and analyze clash detection on federated model. Communicate conflicts in model; both real and potential.

Prepare and distribute clash reports to facilitate the coordination process.

Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team.

Do site inspection and liaising with trade contractors.

Meet with the designer consultants and other contractors as required to facilitate review of models as needed.

Create a plan for implementation base in the project requirements, who are the team members, what is the project what are the goals.
