Al Ajjaj Limited Company (AALCO), Doha, Qatar July 2017 to Till Date Document Controller cum Secretary, Reporting to Director Job Profile: -

1. Responsible for Kahramaa Correspondences, Reports, such as Weekly Reports & Monthly Reports.

Maintaining Projects Documents like CWRs + Drawings (Original), Projects IN / OUT Correspondence, Municipality and Police Permissions, Approved Submittals (Hard Copies & Soft Copies records).

Co ordinating with Project Engineers regarding any sort of correspondences with Kahramaa as per the project requirements like any site issue, etc.

Preparing and recording Various Document Submittals such as Materials, Drawings, Project Staff CVs, ITP Plan, Method Statements, Project Quality Plans) for Client Approvals.

Submitting documents to Mandops / PRO to obtaining Municipality and Police Permission & follow up regarding the same

Maintaining Progress Reports for KM Weekly Meetings.

Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports.

2. Responsible for Project Invoicing to Clients.
