●Executed loan modification, loss mitigation process, including ordering financials from the mortgagor to verify income processing these financials to determine borrower’s ability to pay (debt to income) if determined modification was an option.
●Mitigating risk by referring complex modifications, which put the bank at risk in litigation matters, along with regulatory compliance to a special team that had more discretion to give large principal balance reductions in order to modify some loans to make them affordable avoiding foreclosure.
