Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations

Cover the reception desk when required; screen phone calls and routine callers to the appropriate party

Position: Billing Clerk/Cashier

Job Responsibilities:

Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies

Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)

Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill

Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)

Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary

Receive payments through various methods (cash, on-line payments etc.) and check for credibility

Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned

Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.

Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills

Report on activity to upper management

Calculate work/job labor for each task done in every car

Recheck and validate the flat rate of each task done

Reviews, enters, and maintains manual and computerized records of purchase requisition and mechanical data, item purchased, cost, schedule of deliveries, vendor performance, inventories

Communicates effectively with suppliers on product costing and lead times/shipping date

Monitors low level inventory items for four different warehouse locations based on movement and provide direction to import coordinator/s to resolve possible stock out issues

Receives shipments, checks the items’ quantity based on the invoice and put the marketing code

Receives invoice and data entry using Auto Shop System

Compares and evaluates offers from supplier

Tracks orders and ensure timely delivery

Maintains updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Prepares reports on purchases, including cost analysis

Monitors stock levels and place order as needed

Forecasts levels of demand for services and products

Produces reports and statistics on spending and saving

Trains and supervises the work of other staffs
