These have to be handled patiently and tactfully, resolving the issue while maintaining the speed and accuracy of data input. Every call involves varying degrees of critical thinking, problem solving and adherence to policies, procedures and protocols. I successfully completed the Bell Apprenticeship Program course-Information Technology in 2011.
