o Qatar Airways Sales Offices – A total of 20-Ticketing offices with average of 8- staff per office, strategically located all over Qatar. The following are some of the duties & responsibilities:
Oversite of the above commercial facilities of Qatar Airways per contracted scope. Liaise with the site in-charge (client’s facilities team & RFM site supervisor) to check
& assess the situation of the team and the work.
Conduct site walk-through for the Hazard identification & Risk Assessment. Review annually.
Prepared the Health & Safety manual for each contracted sites above. On annual basis, these are being reviewed & updated
Prepared each Site’s operation manual which highlight among others the equipment scheduled maintenance, site organizational structure, credentials of each worker, work procedures, contact scope, etc.. On annual basis these are being reviewed & updated
Conduct weekly SOP training to all RFM site workers.
Liaise with Safety officer for the scheduled monthly Toolbox Training on all sites.
Prepare & submit monthly operation report to client of each site.
Liaised with 3rd party contractors for the inspection & certification of selected equipment (e.g. sliding doors, gate barriers, roller shutter, legionella test, etc.).
Monitor the maintenance activities of contractors for specialized equipment like switchgears.
Perform other related task as needed on site.
From 2017 till 2018, managed the SLA contract of Abu Aboud tower, under RFM. The following are some of the scope of responsibilities:
Manage the hard and soft maintenance of Qatar Airway’s residential tower intended for male cabin crew. 2 x 8 storey tower comprises of 160 apartments with swimming pools & gym amenities.
Issue Defect Notifications to consultants for any defects found during the 400-days defect liability period.
Meet client & contractors for weekly meetings.
Manage the PPM of all other MEP equipment in the facilities
Liaised with the cleaning supervisor on site
Manage the waste system of the facilities
Liaised with the pest control contractor which is managed by the client
Issue work permits to contractors which includes general work permits, hot work permits, working in confined space, working in heights, etc…

Meet contractors & engineers and update the defects raised during the period. Liased with client and issue updated DN list.
Raise proposal/quotation to client of any breakdown noticed in the facilities and once approved, liaise with suppliers and contractors for the implementation of such request. Issue Job Completion certificate to contractors and/or suppliers upon completion.
Liaise with accounting department for payments to contractors and suppliers.
Prepare incident report to client, of any potential breakdown or incident that can impact the operation of the facilities
Submit safey tool box talk & Performance appraisal to the safety director on monthly basis
Comply HSEEQ site requirement
Conduct safety seminars to supervisors
Coordinate safety Officers during safety inspection on-site
