CAREER OBJECTIVE PROFILE SUMMARY

An experience instrumentations and control technicians (engineer to be) with 7yrs working experince in reading interprentions of drawings, designs, commissioning, testing, developing and controling mantaining of 3 phase elevators / escalators and its components to required specifications. During my long working period have acquired skills regarding lift industry and engineering field at large ie trouble shooting, mantainance, commissioning programming, system testing, repairs, assembling and installation. Some of my roles,responsibilities that i handled successefully were minor installations of the lift, elevator repairing of faulty, electronic components, monthly services, maintance, commissioning, testing programming of new lifts elevators/escalators, supervising casuals,interns under me. Attending troubleshooting &fixing broken lifts,escalators, cordinating materials spare parts, planning related activities,implementing various energy saving measures / over hauling of different instrumentation and facilitating preventive maintainance schdules, hence am a hardworking ambitious, self drive determined to achieve my goals & meet deadlines of any expected activity under minimum supervission & team player. 2)QUALITY MEASURING INSTRUMENT (QMI) – deals with troubleshooting, maintenance servicing, repairing & replacement of electrical & electronics measuring instruments .ie. lab equipment’s & fire /smoke/gas detectors.

Callibration of oxitec oxygen analyzers on furnaces using nitrogen +oxygen gas.

Callibration and installation of thermocoupies

Servicing of exygen & moisture analyzers.

FIRE/SMOKE/GASES DETECTORS –Deal with detection of fire/smoke &flammable/toxic gases eg H2S which is dangerous to human life .

Testing smoke detectors in the lab using aerosol spray
