Construction Project Manager:

Managed all aspects of construction of a greenfield Medical Extrusion Plant, including cleanrooms – ISO 7 / ISO 8 - and subsequent expansion of the facility to 70K SF.

Managed construction of world class facility in Atlanta to include super market showcases, professional kitchen, complete with cameras, speaker system and filming capabilities, packaging demonstration room with 8 different package filling and bagging systems, dividable 100-person auditorium, breakout areas and lounge.

Managed construction of a customer service center in a build to suit project.

Plant expansion to house two Round Cast Lines and a slitter – 10,000 SF high bay addition. STJ

Up-fit of recently purchased distribution building for printing, laminating, slitting, plate making, ink blending and storage, solvent tank farm, railroad expansion, and RTO installation. STJ

Design / build relocation of a Pilot Plant operation. Not currently approved.

60,000+ SF plant expansion in Monterrey, MX for printing, laminating, slitting and glue storage.
