Manage conflict resolution, employee benefits and compensation, travel movement, leave of absences, and onboarding/exit interviews for 250 contractors.

Ensure preparation and packaging of all Iraq and Afghanistan visas and forward to the appropriate consulates in the United States. Support Bravura and Lockheed personnel by preparing all fixed wing and rotary flight movement requests through a matrix of operations.
