Duties Involve:

•Prepare Transmittals to reply contractors in ADNOC standard format and reply contractor through electronic system.

•Receiving all types of correspondence, document submittals/material submittal and drawings from various construction contractors and distribute within the construction team/discipline engineers for their review/action.

•Typing variety of documents such as letters, faxes, memorandum, reports, statement etc… Operate Word Processor, E-mail and it peripherals as wells as document scanning and filing both in manually.
