Duty and Responsibility as Senior Documents Controller:

. Created and posted internal and external job ads, and maintained relationships with recruiting / staffing, Labours agencies for sourcing positions when needed.

•Arrange offer Letter, approval of Visa, Medical test, ID and Visa Stamping of employees.

•Arrange Insurance Card, Cancelation Health Card for visa cancelation or changing employees with COC.Follow medical rembaisment claims of company’s employees.

•Clear Passports, ID stuck due to fine or any other legislation from Govt. department,

•Preparation & Supervision of master personnel information transfer of employees and follow up, updating their present location upon transfer, promotion history, education history, course history, employee ID & Salary history and bonus award history.

•Follow up the personal action like appointment, salary increment, termination, and resignation.

•Maintaining log for site employees leave plan /leave request/health card submittal reports /expiry of health card /passport & residence visa
