Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy is formulated from my personal experience which I gained throughout my career. I focus more on student–centered learning where students have the major role and I be there as facilitator. I know, there is no fixed and right way to teach. But as a flexible teacher, I can adjust easily with the students’ needs and levels of learning capacity. I usually give ample examples from real life situations so that the students can express their ideas and views in English more effectively. I enhance students’ learning with technological advancements to prepare them for future. I always try to make my students think independently and freely, and try to communicate with my students in all possible ways to enhance their learning. On a daily basis, I empower the students to achieve their goals through a variety of stimulating teaching activities. I ensure a safe learning environment in my classroom to provide my students with experiences that will allow them to succeed in life.
