Over 12 years’ experience of working in High, Medium and Rehabilitation settings with male and female clients experiencing complex mental health and behavioral issues.

Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with diverse ethno-racial and cultural background group of clients.
Recognized for abilities to identify and diffuse potentially high-risk incidents and deal with them swiftly and appropriately.

Confident in responding to a medical emergency and violent incidents, and comfortable in using the correct amount of force as a last resort to immobilise the client.
