Started as Project Management Coordinator of Cloverleaf Balintawak Projects (Avida Towers, Cloverleaf Mall, Cloverleaf Land Development) and Alviera Projects (Alviera Country Club, Alviera Industrial Park, Montala) and worked majorly with the Area Manager. Schedules meeting on the Area Manager’s behalf, prepares presentation materials for the scheduled meeting and tackling every single accomplishment as well as critical problems encountered by all the Projects handled. Helps the team assess, analyze and find solutions if problems were met. Attends meeting on behalf of the Area Manager. Supported the Operations Team in terms of project work plans, discuss Project Schedules with every Project’s respective Planners, and coordinates with every Quantity Surveyors to discuss and understand each Projects Budget. Assigns individual duties to the team in accordance to the order of the AM. Serves as the team’s spokesperson when there are activities within the Project.

Working as a Quantity Surveyor under Alveo Orean Place Project, an Ayala Land Inc Residential Building. Prepares BQ and all quantities therein for the approval of Senior QS and Unit Head. Prepares detailed Budget Rehash – actual cost of the Project to date, actual cost of the Project per month, Cost to Complete, and Cost at Completion of the Project - for visuals and advance information concerning savings of probable losses. Maintain, monitor and update Cost Data Report. Prepares detailed measurement take- off. Obtains accurate Quantity take-off of assigned scope of work. Thoroughly evaluates subcon proposal for the assigned scope. Checks Subcon Accomplishment Report by Site Walkthrough prior processing of Subcon Billing. Properly monitors work procurement packages, making sure to hit the targets and deadlines. Properly evaluates and counter checks awarded scope based on awarded BOQ prior awarding to subcon of respective work package. Proper checking of awarded versus unawarded scope, logs to monitoring if there are any claims, confirms if the scope is claimable, then files Change Order to Client for additional scope and budget. Monitors and checks Operating Project Budget. WORK EXPERIENCES
2016-2017 SITE ENGINEER - PJCDC – CALOOCAN, PHILIPPINES Started as a Field Engineer and worked mostly on Bored Piling. Reviews plans, checks with the locals and coordinates with the government prior start of Project. Counterchecks if there are tanks, pipes or other underground utilities that will be affected prior drilling in preparation for the construction of Foundation. Monitors accomplishment, prepares accomplishment report and submits report to Head for preparation of Billing to General Contractor.
