* Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Steward the effective operation of company EHS software tools,Keep systems up-to-date and accurate. Analyze and report accurate data as requested by peers, supervisor and management.

* Coordinates scheduling, participates and drives compliance with incident investigation processes/procedures

* Organize and conduct EHS on-call training efforts.

* Capable of recording and articulating EHS data with Regional staff as well as Corporate staff.

* Help in the effort/process of tracking percent completion of new/revised EHS policy/procedure and Management of Change (MOC).

* Participate in Terminal audit preparation including internal and 3rd party audits.

* Provides functional support with regional EHS efforts such as EHS focus area campaigns, and the prescription eyewear and safety program.

• In charge of hot work permits confined space permits and barge inspections prior to work and to help employees to comply with federal and maritime regulations from warehousing to fueling of equipment in the company assigned docks.

• Safety department was in charge of the tool room in 4 terminals also monitoring the light duty program to prevent lost time.

• Safety coordinator was responsible for employee orientation, training, certified of forklift operators, drug screen administrators for new hires and for post accident investigations.
