Handling of corporate overseas clients countries like Malaysia, Shanghai, China, Singapore, UK, Canada & America.

Working in liaison with Client Service team in the studio helping them in best possible manner to maintain good customer relationship & communication with existing clients and exceed expectation.

Managed entire Client Service team, Operators & Quality control team in key areas.

Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team and also handling escalation both Internal & External.

Contributed as a member of the Operation Team in streamlining the processes and made sure all procedures and SOP are well followed especially when new client transitions.

Ensuring all relevant documents & guidelines are available from clients end for production team to perform their task to deliver quality artworks with no compromise and RIGHT FIRST TIME.

To ensure all new tools, plug in, software and other required facilities are organized for production to perform their duties.

Preparing team reports related to their performance, measuring and cascading to the team members on weekly basis.

Responsible for managing the work inventory and allocating work to Operators in their shifts on daily basis.

Managing the workflow of entire project along with client services team to production/Quality control and then back to client service team to ensure the jobs are delivered with quality on time.

Monitoring weekly/monthly Invoices are prepared in timely manner and validate before submitting to client for P.O and ensure the billing are closed by Finance team each month.

Following up with client service team on WIP (work in progress) the list of jobs and co-ordinate with client by ensuring all completed jobs are closed for billing in timely manner.

Interacting with customers to provide them with all information to address issues regards with jobs and submitting accurate data whenever requested by clients.

Managing regular review sessions with the CS/PA/QC team on ERRORS (Internal & External) on weekly basis with help of the Quality Investigation report capturing the root cause and make them understand the importance of the issues and derrive preventive actions which are shared with client as well.

Conducting process improvement session for entire client service, production, QC team and encouraging them to take initiatives to improve client confidence for betterment of handling projects.

Handling of leave clashes within team and make sure production do not get affected at any cost by pre-planning of employees leaves.

Organizing training session for all new employees on account knowledge, SOP, and other necessary tools used for building the artworks as per briefs.

Play an important role for the improvement of productivity which had increased business volume and further new clients

Later was promoted as Client Service Executive in the same company for another two years’ experience (1995- 1997).

Was given also the responsibility of approving offset printing wet machine proofs considering my gained Printing knowledge

Worked as a PRODUCTION HEAD with M/s. BEE VEE GRAPHIVS PVT LTD., (Prasad Process Group, Chandamama Publication) CHENNAI and Heading the Pre-press department and Client Service dept. individually for 4 years. (1997-2001)

Later was promoted as a BRANCH HEAD with M/s. BEE VEE GRAPHIVS PVT LTD., (Prasad Process Group, Chandamama Publication) CHENNAI looking after the entire operations on day to day activities for past 3 years (2001-2004), having overall 11 years of experience in same company in Pre-press industry.

In 2004 I had received an opportunity to work in a Multi-National Company with M/s. SEVEN WORLD WIDE., Chennai as Client Service Executive which was acquired by SCHAWK INDIA PVT LTD., in 2005.

Worked for 3 years as Client Service Executive with M/s: SCHAWK INDIA PVT LTD., handling Life Sciences clients (Pharma jobs) from UK (Newcastle) Onsite clients like Dow AgroSciences, Sanofi, Merck Shape Dome (MSD), Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Biogen, Shire, booking in jobs and coordinating with production & QC and made sure to deliver back quality artworks to client as expected.

Later was promoted as a Client Service Team Leader with M/s: SCHAWK INDIA PVT LTD controlling around 10 CSR as team strength by handling new clients like LeapFrog, Staples from U.S onsite for 1 year which was another success story working with BLUE tools to receive and deliver artworks to client.

Continued with additional new clients as Client Service Team Leader with M/s: SCHAWK INDIA PVT LTD., handling NESTLE client from UK (Manchester) Onsite coordinating via BLUE. It was a challenging client servicing REPRO artworks of many different brands till 2008.
