Responsible like Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Administration and Manpower Handling.
Receiving material from GoodPack customers for customer requirement.
We are using Gems application for Inbound, Outbound and Damage scanning process.
Once Goods received then moved to sorting operation. Once sorting completed goods segregated by good and damage.
Damage goods will be starting scanning process using GEMS application for damage claim process.
Starting segregation process for good containers like Foods, automobile and other customer.
Need to check Quality check points for goods based on customer wise using Quality check list.
Goods moved to washing and repairing process. Once completed goods moved to ready for dispatch.
Unrepairable goods and damage goods kept in separate place. Following with customer for dispatching damage goods.
Following with customer for dispatching good containers to GoodPack customer.
Customer will confirm own transportation (Yusen) for dispatch. If own transportation following with Yusen transportation team for vehicle placement and transportation payment details sending to customer.

Detailed data assortment of incoming inventory.
Issuing & receiving of materials through system.
Reconciliation the physical stock with system stock.
Ensured material was sent to production in a timely matter to ensure production wasn’t impacted.
Reported daily KPI including FIFO accuracy, Kanban process, and cycle count accuracy.

Coordinate with Export Distribution Team, SCM and customers regarding material requirement.
Follow-up with FORD EDC, SCM and Asia Pacific Packaging team for problematic receipts.
Handling Ocean/Air Shipments for Thailand, Vietnam, Russia, Brazil, China & Germany.
Coordinate with Export Distribution Team, SCM, CHA and customers regarding material requirement.
Initiate shipping process as directed by client and respective customer (Air/Sea Shipment).
Follow up with Freight forwarder to have vehicle reported as per the agreed cut-off timings.
Make the LCL/Air shipment pick up vehicle request with Freight Forwarder.
Coordinate with CHA for physical container / pick up vehicle arrangements for Export shipments.
Ensure vessel sailing schedule is adhered to for planning the containers and the same is updated to the operations team and customer.

Co-ordinate and respond to the queries raised by the client, customer, CHA, Freight forwarder and Liners.
Once completed the stuffing we share to dispatch details and coordinate with CHA for customer clearance, Vessel sailing, Vessel arrivals.
Preparing Reports like Dashboard reports (Daily), KPI reports (Weekly) and Share of business reports for CHA (Daily).
