●Field Failure analysis for noise identification in JAN bus AMT Gearbox

There was a solution required for the noise problem while gear shifting in the JAN bus and School bus project. For locating the actual problem in the gearbox, there are several tests like lead screw test, servo motor function analysis, shifter tower analysis, etc.,

The Lead Screw test results showed that the problem is with the WEAR and TEAR of the lead screws in the gearbox which can be corrected by changing the grease properties.

The melting properties of the GREASE was changed requesting the corresponding supplier and implemented in the project which yielded the expected results (Gearshift noise reduced)

●PROTO FITTMENT IN DESIGN OF ASSEMBLY AND FITMENT Analysis FOR MBP TRUCKS in gear box and CSO (change speed operation) systems

There was a solution required for smooth gear shift and Zero maintains cost in the MBP Trucks and bus and project. For locating the actual problem in the Mechanical gear shift system to cable shift system
