Reduced the Labor cost by 20% by implementing production targets based on various shapes and processes. This was achieved by doing a detailed time study of the production process throughout the plant.

Reduced the overall input cost by 10% by negotiating with the Raw Material, Packing Material, Spare part Vendors and energy saving initiatives

On time & In full delivery increased from 65% to 95% by daily monitoring the production vs the actual at every stage of production and creating a pull system throughout the production process, upto the dispatch department.
