It was a green project for 10000tpd production. This system was the combination of 12 vessels arranged in two strings; each string is of 6 vessels for hot gas & material separation & In-line calciner.

Description:
It was a project upgrading existing preheater of 600 TPD for minimizing the dust in preheater outlet gas, pressure drop & better fuel combustion by the complete replacement of Stage 1 cyclone & the modification of lower most stage at above the cyclone cone. The existing SP preheater was converted as In–line calciner with excess air by introducing the calciner between the lower most cyclones & Kiln riser.This system was the combination of 4 vessels for hot gas & material separation & In-line calciner.
