1st Project - OFCOM(Telecommunication Domain): NIIT Technologies

Project Description: Ofcom is the regulator for the communications services and through the Ofcom Licensing Management application, they provide option to register complaints from people and businesses. The application has an online portal through which users can register for new licenses. Our team was involved in application development and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

•Used to understand the requirement accurately and meeting all the requirements in classic and lightning both.

•Used to create new modules using Aura Components, Handler and Controller in JS, Component Events and Apex Custom Controllers.

•Used to handle custom objects and record pages and amend lightning components in the record pages as per the requirement in lightning.

•Used to handle Case Standard objects, creating service consoles, email to case and record pages as per the requirement in lightning.

•Created jobs on Jenkins for CI/CD implementation using ANT, GIT and GITHUB.
