The story so far……
I have over 25years within the Culinary world, I became a qualified chef all the way back in 1992. Since then I spent a number of years learning my trade in numerous outlets a long the south coast of the U.K
In 2004 I finally had the opportunity to follow my Dream and work in the Cruise line industry working my way through the ranks to Executive Sous Chef. I spent 7 years working with amazing chefs and learning a lot about other cultures, international cuisines and forming solid professional relationships. Arrived in Dubai in 2012 and joined Emaar hospitality at Dubai Marina yacht Club as Chef de cuisine.
Over the past few years I have been in the position of Executive Chef, launching a new coffeeshop brand Cupagahwa which had a range of Food trucks, coffeeshops and restaurants, we achieved sales of 15 million AED in the first 18months of launching. This year I joined Colt Courtyard café in Dubai Mall, we launched in August of this year and have already exceeded sales of 1.5million AED and are going from strength to strength. Culinary Expertise:
