1:Objective:

3: Professional Accomplishments:

Due to scarcity of staffs at a current employed health facility I have successfully managed to handle different at departments at all of them together such as Reception, Out-patient department, Labour and delivery ward, Post natal ward, Reproductive health department, Laboratory, Dental department, Injection and dressing department, Data department, TB(Tuberculosis) Department, Care and treatment department for people living with HIV, Prevention of Mother To Child HIV Transmission(PMTCT) and Immunization department.

Provide Out-patient services.

Able to manage patients by administering medicines as required.

Teamed-up with other staffs to reach targets as required in different health delivary facilities I happened to get employed.

I have managed to attend the following seminars and trainings that have been very helpful in my duties as followings:-

Three weeks of HIV test and counseling training (HTC/CITC) at Kiota house-Dar es salaam.

Two weeks short and long term family planning methods training.

7 days of gender based violence training and violence against children.

7 days of data quality assessment and data quality improvement training.

Antiretroviral (ART) training with Tanzania mainland guidelines.

5 days service delivery module for care and treatment centres.

7 days sexual transmitted diseases trainings.

Life serving skills (essential obstetric and new born care)

Three weeks of IMCI (INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT FOR CHILDHOOD ILLNESS)

4: Work history:

Clinical officer in-charge at Somagedi dispensary from July 2017 up to now.
