US Customs and Border Protection 12/2016 – 10/2017

Agile Coach/Scrum Master. Hired as a SME to coach brand-new teams and introduce them to Agile framework and ceremonies. Supporting the US Customs and Border Protection Agency, they are moving data from dedicated servers to the AWS Cloud. Transitioned waterfall teams into Agile Pods. In addition to the change in project methodology from traditional waterfall to Kanban Agile framework and eventually to Scrum. I am also managing a data center migration, the current data warehouse has lost their lease and we physically need to relocate, consolidate and refresh servers and network infrastructure. Coaching the application development teams on Agile Scrum Framework to carry out the Regression and PROD release of applications into the AWS Cloud.
