Following acceptance of this position and relocation, a local magazine was intrigued and wrote a five page cover article, recognizing myself as a pioneer in the industry.
As a millwright, maintaining equipment in the plant and the field, I demonstrated the ability to become an integral part of the team, understanding who has greater strengths in which areas and playing to these strengths to perform tasks most efficiently, ultimately reducing overhead costs for the company.
