Run all payrolls across the Trust in accordance with operating procedures and deadlines ensuring that all payrolls are processed efficiently, effectively, accurately and are paid on time working to strict deadlines;

Ensure starters and leavers are processed correctly and in a timely manner, and that all manual adjustments for sickness or other items are processed correctly.

Validate all payroll data with home managers prior to processing and ensure that submissions, including those to the general ledger, are correctly validated and reconciled to maintain accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data and accounting records.

Responsible for accurate and complete year end processes.

Assist in the maintenance of all pension records in line with the regulations set out by the Pension schemes and the Trust’s requirements.

Work with Managers and employees, being a senior point of contact, to ensure that queries and problems are resolved promptly, delivering excellent customer service standards.

Provide senior departmental cover as and when required according to Manager’s instructions.

Ensure and maintain strict confidentiality over employee data and information, ensuring full compliance with Data Protection Act provision.

Assist, and in some cases leads in the review and development of payroll processes, procedures and systems.

Assist in maintaining, and archiving payroll data and records in a safe manner to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Accountable for assisting with meeting challenging KPIs and team targets, providing support to the Payroll Manager with day to day guidance and direction.

2.[From August 2016] – [Till October 2018]

Responsible for processing the Payroll Transactions and the monthly deliverable on specific timelines.

Working on more than four projects as like (British Petroleum, Ericsson, Novartis, Vodafone, Axccelara).

Create system setup on Application as like (WT Catalogue, Pay cods, Position, Cost Center, Etc...)

Revising attendance & working hours & absence.

Assist the Payroll Manager in the maintenance of all pension records in line with the regulations set out by the Pension schemes and the Trust’s requirements. Processes payments and statutory/voluntary deductions in accordance with internal authorization procedures.

Preparing bonus and Over Time.

Preparing Sick leave reports for payroll.

Preparing reports after payroll as like (Cost centre, GL, Bank transfer, etc )

Performing data entry and entering employee's data into the system.

Responsible for preparing the monthly bank transfers to related clients on specific payment dates.

Keeps all Documents & reports in separate files for each client to meet the audit requirements.

Ensures Collecting Payroll Tax & SI Checks on monthly basis.

Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.

Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely manner.

Compiles, files, and maintains employment, pay change, informational and other confidential forms and records in accordance with company polices and lobar laws.

Performs any other duties or any tasks assigned to him by management.

3.[From January 2015] – [Till August 2016]

Ensure that all documents in the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law and Social Insurance

Maintain proper relationship & communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards. Make sure that all governmental employees’ records are up to date.

Ensure issuing all governmental monthly and periodical payments checks on time in coordination with the finance department.

Review and manage employee after hiring benefits including social insurance (form 1,2,6), medical insurance, bank account and other related employee logistics needed.

Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary and manage vacations yearly settlements.

Review all employees’ issues like complaints, feedback, HR letters, bank loan requests, inquiries, and salary related issues and make sure that requests are handled and responded on time.

Ensure all employees database is up to date, maintaining and updating Filling system to ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations and ensure that documentation is easily accessible.

Prepare company monthly payroll in calibration with the finance team.

Handle all termination procedures and following up on the law suits if available
