Sr. Product/Program Manager (June 2019 – Present) Contractor
Assign to assist in managing the company wide server migration project which will be converting over one thousand 2008 Windows and database servers to 2016 servers including move some platforms to cloud base clients and databases. My duties also include application version management by insuring no server is migrated without the newest version of the client application. Process improvement by instituting detailed build, design and testing phases which will insure there will be no compliance issues with third party applications or cloud solutions moving forward.

IT Gaming Products Development Manager (January 2018- June 2019) Contractor Lead
As the development lead for gaming products I was in charge of the gaming tables upgrade projects which consisted of managing the construction on new table game specs, layout, felts, cabinet configurations and retro fitting for new table devices which were to be part of future releases. Duties also included working with multiple vendors to construct arm extensions, order power strips and all required peripherals. Planning for major projects included the revamping of casino floors for the addition of fiber wiring from server closest to the main switches in each pit. Led the successful design, testing, deployment and maintenance of in-house developed along with vendor hardware and software. Develop a new runbook that detailed processes for Project Managers or Development leads to conduct future upgrades to newly released products to ensure successful deployments when versions updates are required. Manage all regulated projects and systems to prepare for deployment nationwide or by the property. Advance understanding of business technology drivers and their impact on architecture design, performance, testing and monitoring. Lead for all product Scrum meetings with internal and external resources for delivery of approved products while providing training for onsite resources the are in line with standard protocols and service contracts.
