Callidus Software Integration: Project /BA lead for compensation system project that migrated company from Excel driven approach to software solution in under 6 months. Company still using today. Organized and documented requirements from stakeholders across the enterprise in initiation phase of a project to automate the enterprise’s spreadsheet driven compensation system. Analysis was complex and involved both percentage calculations for enterprise sales and salaries of non-sales employees. Sales based compensation analysis on all mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and other sales. Worked with an assigned developer throughout the project, which completed successfully with install of recommended (through RFP process) software solution.
SharePoint Projects: Developed a Microsoft Share Point WIKI site for operational support of all overnight scheduled processes. Coordinated same with the enterprise’s western U.S. affiliate operations group, their developers and trading desks in Seattle at Parametric. Built, maintained and provided documentation for SharePoint site used by Overnight IT Shift Operations team in running overnight triage process for all scheduler jobs and Operational, Network and Server related monitoring needs.
Remedy and CA Scheduler and Asset Management: Coordinated SDLC work through Remedy implementation and its upgrades, including adding on to the Asset Management configuration with asset tagging electronically.
