Profile

With an overall of Fourteen (14) plus years of IT experience and over three (3) years of project delivery in Agile environment, I am adept in Servant Leadership, Iteration management, conflict management and client relationship management.

Through Coaching, Mentoring and the removal of impediments, I played an active role in the day to day management and assisted in the successful release of a product. I also helped my team and stakeholders adopt best practices of the Scrum Framework. I constantly motivated my team to reach the sprint goals on the schedule and facilitated communication between scrum team and product owner on a regular basis. I facilitated and encouraged the team to inspect and adapt every day and every sprint. I encouraged my team to try new things, to explore new ways, to take new challenges and either Succed or learn.
