Currently supervising Toyota 150 B headlight line as well as Honda Acura headlight line. Producing High Quality Lighting for these vehicles.

2011 TO 2019

GROUP LEADER, toyota motor manufacturing mississippi

Since joining Toyota I have help launch and improve three different models of the corolla. I have been group leader over several department including 3times quality group, 3 times underbody group, side member group, shell body 1 and 2. Running the different departments offered great knowledge of the car as well as lots of opportunity to kaizen and improve all areas with problem solving skills to make the plant successful. While in underbody group I implemented a new hoist system that was entered into the ergonomics expo winning first place for best kaizen in the automotive sector. Total savings was estimated at 250,000.00 in future safety related issues the total cost of the kaizen with implementation was 36.00 dollars. I also became tbp board certified for problem solving.

1992-2011

WELDER, tiffin motor homes inc.

I joined the tiffin motor home business after serving 7 years in the United States Coast Guard. Working as a welder I built chassis, walls, roofs for motor homes ran wiring for 110 and 12 volt systems.

ACTIVITIES

Currently I am a sponsor for my daughter’s high school dance team as well as member of the booster club in charge of fund raising. Together with my daughter we are learning a second language to broaden our learning.

I am a long time member of the USCG veterans association that raises money for disabled veterans and college scholarships for children of disabled veterans.
