This is a solutions-oriented role that manages day-to-day operations to drive high quality and effective service delivery. This role works closely with the HRD, HRBP and various department while also being responsible for HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, Talent and Engagement on a day to day basis. Also responsible for data analyses to help identify trends and issues which are systems, process or productivity related to help meet business needs and ensure a high level of HR service.

HR GENERALIST & SERVICES SUPPORT

- Coordinates the effective and efficient delivery of Compensation and benefits.

- Coordinate the effective and efficient delivery of performance management.

- Point of contact for all analytical HR matters to business unit stakeholders, clients, and partners.

- Provide guidance and be in charge of the complete human capital, business unit restructures, training and planning.

- Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to support hiring needs and end – to – end recruitment process by generating salary proposals, offers and appointment letters.

- Coordinate and deliver effective and efficient off – boarding processes

- Analyze trends and metrics to develop key solutions, programs, and policies

- Manage HR balance scorecard and prepare presentation for the monthly management meeting.

- Manage and deliver insightful report and analysis on headcount data and labour efficiency including budgeted and non – budgeted roles.
