Oversee the daily operations of manufacturing, supply chain, facilities, and engineering for two locations in the Spectroscopy Division with an annual revenue of $70M, supporting $22M in services revenue, and $16M intra-divisional revenue. Responsible for 66 total personnel including 13 direct reports. Accountable for achieving site P&L metrics and annual Strategic Deployment Process objectives.

Oversee Lean transformation initiatives. Establish value stream relationships and continuous flow strategy. Deployed lean manufacturing philosophy and tools within a high technology energy equipment production line. Improve manufacturing processes using lean tools. Utilized capacity analysis tool to eliminate 4000 hours of past due labor hours in internal fabrication. Directly supervised 5 staff members.

Developed finished goods strategy in high volume line resulting in $1.8M past due reduction, 100% on time delivery to customer, and improved customer scorecard rating.

Established a Peer-to-Peer Safety Observation implemented in 3 sites resulting in 2 sites achieving an incident frequency rate (IFR) of 0 for the year.

Developed and managed an integration plan that moved 2 existing product lines from Rockford, IL to St. Paul, MN resulting in an annual savings of $225k.

Managed a production line that started at over $250k in back orders and an on-time delivery (OTD) rate of 70% to $0 in back orders and an OTD of 100% in 3 months.
