Meydan racecourse - tunnels, yacht houses and underground parking civil works – 700 Mil AED

Saadiyat Resort – villas, infrastructure and part of St Regis Hotel, under HLG main contractor. – 550 Mil AED

Somec-Sharaf ME Company – over 750 permanently employed labours and staff.

Duties and responsibilities:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, responsible for enforcing the policies and governance set forth by The Board in the operation of the business.

Directly authorized to implement policies to maximize revenues and minimize operational costs, which generally translates into direct Profit & Loss responsibility.

The position mainly includes managing and coordinating work of the process managers working under the GM.

The duties also comprise devising and planning of company policies and discussing them with Stakeholders for final approval.

Develop and set up an annual budget and fiscal plan and present it before the board of directors. To prepare elaborate reports of the functioning and all the company departments and submit the reports to the top management for practice performance review.
