• MediaMarkt : Creating two partner type in PRM which name are MediaMarkt and MediaMarktStore.

The 2 partner types have a parent_child relationship. Analysing the demand and writing the analysis document with functional requirements. Analyzing results are;

New lov_id values defined in database.

These partner types must arrive entegration points of PRM. And some values from the integration points need to be inserted PRM DB.

In addition, my responsibilities included process planning and project management. So I open the subtask to Agile teams of integration systems and I work followed up on what steps these requests were for.

After development process, running functional test cases, starting integration tests with other domains and supported the testing of other integration systems. Next step is release management, I planned go production environment the codes of demand. After running the regression test, openning change recording and controlling ODD document. Contact operation responsible in release process. (Türk Telekom, 2017)

• FTC : FTC (Fix the Cem) is the biggest project of Telekom after the merger of 3 companies(3 companies are; Turk Telekom, TTNET, Avea).

New process with this project is appointment process. Appointment screens and process added to Telekom CRM applications, backend systems and front face. Totally 150-200 colleagues in this project; Project managers, Analysts, Test Engineers, developers, test support, test unit managers, solution architects, UAT team. Worked in the form of a warroom during 2 months. My responsibilities are one of the Telekom's CRM application is,OIM controlling. Update Appointment date and slot in OIM and controlling backend services via ESB(middleware system of Turk Telekom).Controlling XDSL, ATTIP services via XML.

• Entegration between Kondor and VIT applications for IRS -CCS transactions: Analyzing of IRS and CCS derivative transactions for entagration from Kondor to VIT banking application.Scope of analysis; understand the struction of the IRS and CCS transactions, determination of the new tables on VIT, Kondor xml mapping, VIT screen designs, workflow designs,accounting definitions. Examining previous analysis documents about IRS and CCS transactions. Analyzing of Pay and Receive legs of IRS-CCS separately.Checking of production transactions and cretaitng test transactions for analysis. Mapping of VIT documents of IRS and CCS, for example Transaction Notification Report, Transaction Result Form. Mapping of Swap Payment Plan. Entegration between the new VIT screens and Kondor of IRS and CCS.Some of the screens where transactions will be fall; Derivative Transaction List, Payment Collection List,Interest Swap and Cross Currency Swap. Creating analysis and test case documents. Running test cases and reporting test defects to developers via TFS. If necessary retest.Supporting the customer while UAT process.
