I enjoy meeting and talking with defferent people so this job suits my personality perfectly.l have extensive knowledge of computers and i have the ability to learn different system and programs quickly.I also worked as cashier for five years where l gained experience dealing with the public and handling all forms of payments.

As a reservations agent . l will greet the guests in a friendly and respectful manner while registering them and finding an available room that meets their needs. l can also take this oppotunity to talk about the different amenities your hotel offers in a casual fashion and to make suggestion for service they may enjoy.

I have the communication skills needed to act as liasion between the guest and other hotel staff and to follow up to make sure the guest are receiving the services they requested. i can also report any complaints or maintenance issues to management immedietly, so the problems can be resolved in a timely fashion.
